Reisafjord Xperience is a provider of safe and personal RIB -boat experiences in Nordreisa (Nord-Troms). Our family company is owned and operated by Silje and Dag Viktor Viken.
What kind of clothing should we wear during winter tours?
You should wear a sweater made of wool or a thin down jacket under your flotation suit, warm shoes/boots, and a buff/scarf.
What kind of clothing should we wear during summer tours?
We have flotation suits, but they can get warm during the summer. You can bring windproof jacket and trousers along to wear.
Do we have to wear a flotation suit as well as a life jacket?
We’ve decided that both these items should be worn in the winter due to the fact that the water temperature at sea is 3-4 degrees Celsius. During the summer, you can bring your own outerwear and wear just a life jacket.
Might there be bad weather and big waves?
We’ll make an assessment of the weather before the tour starts. If the weather report says bad weather is to be expected, the trip may be cancelled the day before. There may be calm and nice weather in the innermost part of the Reisafjord, but as we navigate further out into the fjord, we can encounter weather from the North Sea.
When do we pay for the trip?
Everyone must pay before the trip starts, either through our booking system, Vipps, our card terminal, or with cash. Larger groups/companies can receive an invoice for the trip.
Do you have regular routes you take?
We try to take the same route, but due to weather and wind, we may have to take another route or make the trip shorter.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, we have gift cards for all the tours we offer.
